Year-Round Big Thicket
The Big Thicket in Southeast Texas can well be the most environmentally diverse region in the World. It mixes temperate, tropical, and desert-prairie climates. On top of that, it adds the clash of oceanic and continental climates into the mixture.
Sub-tropical, and temperate forests. Savannas, and bayous. Prairies, and creeks. All provide very diverse conditions for the effective survival course.
Water purification, sheltering from rain, tracking, and hunting - you will acquire these survival skills very effectively in that demanding terrain!
Individual Survival Course
Survival skills training for everybody. From beginners, to advanced. The training program has certain goals, but it is also very flexible. Just tell us what you want to learn, and what you want to focus on, and we will tailor the program of the course to your needs. This survival course is tailored for 1-3 students.

Group Survival Course
A perfect survival course for your group. Are you a part of a community of outdoor enthusiasts? Do you want to expand your survival knowledge and skills? This survival course is ideal for you, and your friends. This survival course is tailored for 4+ students.
During the course, you will learn how to find and purify water, build shelters, make fire, forage, and trap, as well as basic survival topography and emergency signalization.
Tracking Course
Learn how to get information from the wilderness. Information on the movements of game and people in the area. This skill is essential for long-term survival or full immersion in the outdoors. It is also essential to place your camp safely in the land where predators are present.
This course is designed for individual students, and groups of a maximum of 5 people. Larger groups are possible but at the cost of lower immersion into the tracks and signs in the wilderness.

About Our Survival Courses:
In the course of our survival classes, you will learn the realistic aspects of wilderness survival training. We do not teach you to jump the cliffs, dive into water with a spear, or squeeze water out of an elephant’s dung. We will teach you real ways to obtain water, and food, make fire, and build shelter – just as the ancients did and got by with it. We will also teach you survival topography, and emergency signalization – so you can get out of a survival situation as soon as possible. We will also introduce you to various useful pieces of survival gear and teach you how to use them. Speaking shortly – we will give you tools to be much more safe, comfortable, and confident in the wilderness.
